And nothing beats curling up in bed with a good book - although curling up in bed with someone who's read one must run it a close second (can't remember who I stole that one from - it could have been Phyllis Diller, for all I know - but I'm sure they would regard it as a folk saying by now and so won't mind too much at the shameless plagiarism).
