Not an acronym, but related, is the middle initial of (famous fractal mathematician) Benoit B. Mandelbrot, which was rumored to stand for “Benoit B. Mandelbrot”.
And the reason the lines at the DMV are so long is that the mainframe is still trying to issue his license with his full name…
